We are family Götz,

Travelling has always been our greatest passion and for this reason we have been renting out holiday apartments in places we particularly like for several years.

In the Harz We often go on holiday with our two dogs. We love the tranquility, the long hiking trails and the nature. In winter we also like to go skiing and tobogganing. But apart from that, relaxation is also important to us, which is why our apartments are located in buildings with swimming pool and sauna area.

In Bad Essen we like to go for a walk at the beautiful marina or relax in the Sole arena. There are great offers for children and it is a good starting point for day trips to the nearby lakes Dümmer and Kronensee.


Dear guests, with a lot of diligence, effort and attention to detail we have built this holiday accommodation.

We want to keep the quality of our offer permanently high and attach great importance to the fact that all guests feel comfortable from the beginning to the end of the season. Therefore, we ask you to treat your holiday accommodation with the same respect that you have for your own home. You make a significant contribution to our ability to offer you and other guests a great temporary home in the long term.


Please do not see our house rules as instruction, but as a guide for a harmonious coexistence. If something is unclear or you miss anything, please contact us. In this way, misunderstandings can be avoided right from the start. Please make sure that your fellow travellers also know and comply with the house rules.

As much as sunshine tempts you to do so, the interior should remain in the house and not be carried or moved to the outdoor area. In order to avoid damage, we ask you to refrain from moving furnishings and to avoid entering with street shoes.


Don't worry: We won't charge you immediately for every glass or broken plate. Because we know: Nobody intentionally damages things, but something can break in the heat of the moment. We ask you to inform us of any mishaps in a timely manner. This gives us the opportunity to quickly provide replacements.

Safety and due diligence

The apartment door should always be closed and locked by key when leaving the house. However, for fire protection reasons, we ask you to always keep the front door closed, but also not to lock it with the key at night. Also, please do not forget to close the windows when leaving the holiday accommodation to prevent burglary and storm damage.

Sustainability and environmental protection play an important role for us. Therefore, we ask you for an economical water and electricity consumption. Make sure you turn off the lights and any electronic devices when you leave the house.


Since a dirty kitchen does not put a smile on anyone's face, please put dishes, pots and cutlery back into the kitchen cabinets only cleaned and dried. Hot pots and other items should only be placed on the tables or countertop with coasters to avoid burn marks. A cutting board as a base prevents unsightly scratches when chopping vegetables, fruits & Co. 


In the shower, sink, kitchen sink and toilet, no hygiene products, waste, food residues, harmful liquids, fats or the like may be thrown or poured, otherwise unpleasant blockages can occur. These items belong in the designated garbage bin.


The apartment has to be sufficiently ventilated even in the cold season. By ventilating as quickly as possible, but sufficiently (about 5-10 minutes, several times a day), you reduce mold formation and make a significant contribution to infection protection.


Clean the grill after use and dispose of the cooled ash and grill residues in the residual waste.


Since we are obliged to separate waste and actively support this, we ask you to help us. Please separate your waste for organic waste, paper, plastic, residual waste and glass. Appropriate disposal options are located in front of the buildings, or in Bad Essen in the underground car park. Please dispose of waste glass in the waste glass container provided for this purpose.


Should a mishap happen to you (stubborn dirt, liquids on the floor or work surfaces, etc.), we ask you to eliminate it immediately. We ask you to leave the apartment swept clean on departure and to put all used dishes clean in the cupboards again. Avoid hard-to-remove makeup stains on towels and bedding right from the start.

Rest periods

We like our neighbors and they like us. Help us to keep it that way. Please respect the community and try to observe general rest periods such as lunch, night and Sunday rest and avoid loud noise between 11pm and 8am.

Party/overnight guests

We are not suitable as a party or event location. If you would like to receive an overnight visit during your stay, please arrange this in advance. Guests who are not shown are not allowed to stay overnight at the property.


The use of the Internet is free of charge for you, but is at your own risk. Please note our Terms of Use for Guest Wi-Fi.


Smoking is not allowed in the house. However, you can smoke in the outdoor area, e.B. on the balcony. Please dispose of all cigarette butts in the ashtray provided for this purpose.


Pets are welcome in our house by arrangement and prior registration, but please do not let them on the furniture, especially sofas and beds.


Please never give the keys to other persons. Please inform us immediately of any loss of keys. Please understand that we have to charge replacement costs.


The landlord is not liable for valuables of the guest(s).

Domiciliary rights

In the case of immediately necessary repairs/services, it may be essential that the landlord or service provider must enter the holiday accommodation during your stay. Of course, we will inform you in advance of entering the accommodation or the property if possible and discuss it with you.

Arrival and departure

Please do not check in before 4pm on the day of arrival and leave the holiday home by 10am on the day of departure. This gives us enough time to ensure that every guest has a clean place to enjoy.
